The information we collect is used only to facilitate health services by our organization and third parties we partner within disability support programs associated with NDIS. It helps coordinate care relevant to participant needs. Disclosure beyond client care occurs only with client permission.

We take reasonable administrative and technological steps to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of sensitive personal information per Australian standards and relevant disability laws. Our staff undertakes regular training on privacy policies as well.
